Only paid members within Terra Pomaria’s borders will be able to use the official polling form.
If someone is not a paid member or lives outside the borders they can use the same link and will still be able to make comments to the Crown about the candidates, it will just be marked as non-paid-member status.
If they are unable to access the official form on the website it is possible to message the Crown via email but using the official form is highly recommended and will help the Crown keep the information consolidated for their review.
Greetings to the Barony of Terra Pomaria, the time draws near for the commencement of your Baronial Selection polling.
Your polling is slated to begin at 12:01am on July 22, 2026 and it will close at midnight on July 26,2026
To prepare- please make sure that you have set up an account with www.antir.org. Creating an account may take a day or two as all accounts have to be approved by the web team. If you do not already have a login, please set one up now, to allow yourself the maximum amount of time to complete your polling.

On the day that the polling opens, you will see the baronial polling announcement on the main An Tir page, with a live polling link to follow. The polling announcement will also be shared on the appropriate Facebook groups & Discord, as needed.
You will need to log into your profile on the An Tir Page, go to your polling announcement link and then you may begin the polling near the bottom of that page. It will start by asking you to please put in your NAME, MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, and ZIP CODE. The page will autofill in your branch based on our zip code database.
Once those items are input, you will be directed to 1 of 2 pages:
PAGE 1: If you live within the borders of the Polling Barony (as defined by your zip code) you will be taken to a page with details about the first set of candidates, please fill in the support statement (multiple choice) and follow up with any thoughts or opinions you wish the crown to hear when making their decision. You will then continue through a new page for each candidate couple until you submit all at the end. You may come back and change/update your entries until the polling form closes on the above-mentioned date.
PAGE 2: If you do not live within the Polling Barony (as defined by your zip code) you will be taken to a page that is an email template form to their Majesties’ email address. Please feel free to register your thoughts/opinions in this form about ANY and ALL candidates. Once submitted, this email will be sent directly to their Majesties for consideration.

*Please note: each registered member in the household can only submit 1 version of the form through the website for each Antir.org login. (You will need to register each member with their own email address).
